Who marks my writing?+
A qualified teacher marks your writing by hand against the four IELTS criteria. It is not an automated band predictor, and it is not run by AI.
How long does a correction take?+
We return your corrected writing within 48 hours of submission.
Do you cover Academic and General Training?+
Yes. We correct both Academic and General Training writing, Task 1 and Task 2. For Academic, Task 1 is a chart, graph or process description; for General Training, Task 1 is a letter. Task 2 is an essay in both modules.
Will you predict my band score?+
We give you an honest band estimate for each of the four criteria, based on what you actually wrote. No service can guarantee your band on test day, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Are you affiliated with IDP, the British Council, or Cambridge?+
No. We are an independent correction service. We reference the IELTS criteria factually and are not endorsed by, or partnered with, IDP, the British Council, or Cambridge.
Can you guarantee I will reach a certain band?+
No. Your band on test day depends on your performance under exam conditions. We tell you where your writing stands now and exactly what to fix to move up.
What is the difference between a single-task and a full-exam correction?+
A single-task correction covers one piece of writing: either a Task 1 or a Task 2. A full-exam correction covers a Task 1 and a Task 2 together, the way they appear in the real test.
How do I submit my writing?+

Do you offer refunds?+

Do you correct PTE, TOEFL, or Duolingo writing?+
No. We specialise in IELTS writing only.
Can you help with the Speaking, Reading, or Listening sections?+
No. We focus on IELTS writing correction only.
