This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted for our digital products and services, including writing corrections, online courses, AI-assisted services, and digital downloads.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final, and we generally do not offer refunds. By purchasing any product or service from IELTSWritingCorrectionService.com, you agree to this policy.

However, exceptions may apply under specific circumstances outlined in this policy.

2. No Refunds for Writing Correction Services

Our writing correction services involve manual and AI-assisted reviews and are delivered via email. Once a writing task has been submitted for correction, the service is considered rendered, and refunds will not be issued.

Additionally:

  • One Submission Per Day Rule: Customers may submit one letter every 24 hours.
  • Operating Days: Writing corrections are accepted Friday to Tuesday. The service is closed on Wednesdays & Thursdays.
  • Final Submission Deadline: The last submission on Tuesdays is accepted until 09:00 AM EU Time.
  • Validity & Expiry: Writing correction orders and unused credits must be used within 180 days from the purchase date. After this period, they expire, and refunds will not be provided for unused credits.

Customers must ensure timely submissions before their credits expire.

3. No Refunds for Digital Products & Online Courses

The following digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded:

  • Online courses (self-paced & live training)
  • Training materials, eBooks, and guides
  • Downloadable PDFs (including submission guidelines & case notes)
  • AI-generated writing analysis

Upon successful payment, customers receive instant access to these digital products. Once accessed or downloaded, they are considered delivered, and refunds will not be issued.

For live training sessions:

  • If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Failure to notify us in time may result in the session being considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.

4. Exceptions & Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Orders: If a customer accidentally purchases the same product or service twice, a refund for the duplicate charge may be issued.
  • Technical Issues: If a digital product (e.g., an online course or PDF download) cannot be accessed due to a verified technical issue on our end, we will make reasonable attempts to resolve the issue. If a resolution is not possible, a refund may be granted.
  • Incorrect Charge: If an error occurs in billing, customers must notify us within 7 days of the charge to request a correction or refund.

All refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] with proof of the issue.

5. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

Customers are required to contact us before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension or restricted access to our services.

If a chargeback is filed without prior communication, IELTSWritingCorrectionService.com reserves the right to permanently block the customer from using our services.
