1. Delivery of Downloadable Digital Products
Our downloadable digital products include, but are not limited to:
- Writing correction reports (OET & IELTS)
- Training materials, eBooks, and guides
- Online course materials
- Order confirmation PDFs with instructions on how to submit your writing tasks
- Starter pack with case notes to help customers get started
Upon completing your order:
- You will receive a confirmation email with a PDF containing submission instructions and case notes.
- You may be prompted to download the PDF immediately, which will constitute successful delivery.
- If your order includes an online course, eBooks, or additional digital materials, you will receive instant access via email.
- If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
Download Issues
If you are unable to download your purchased product or do not receive a download email, you must contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of your order. If no contact is made within this timeframe, the item will be considered delivered.

Upon successful payment:

3. Submission Guidelines & Expiry Period
To ensure efficient and equitable service, the following submission rules apply:
Submission Limits & Operating Days
- One Submission per Day: Customers may submit one letter every 24 hours.
- Operating Days: Writing corrections are accepted Friday to Tuesday. The service is closed on Wednesdays & Thursdays.
- Final Submission Deadline: The last submission on Tuesdays is accepted until 09:00 PM EU Time.
Validity & Expiry Period
- Unused Writing Credits Expire in 180 Days: Writing correction orders and unused credits must be used within 180 days from the purchase date.
- No Refunds for Unused Credits: Refunds will not be provided for writing corrections that are not submitted within this period.
- Customers Must Plan Accordingly: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that writing corrections are submitted before expiry.

4. Delivery of Online Courses & Live Training Sessions
IELTSWritingCorrectionService.com offers online courses and live training sessions, which may include:
- Self-paced online learning modules
- Live one-on-one or group training sessions
For self-paced courses:
- Instant access is granted upon successful payment.
- Login details and course access information will be provided via email.
- You are responsible for ensuring access to the online platform where the course is hosted.
For live training sessions:
- You will receive an email confirmation with session details.
- If a scheduled session must be rescheduled, we will notify you via email.
- Live sessions are considered delivered once the scheduled session has been completed.
Cancellations & Postponements
- If you need to reschedule a live session, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
- Failure to provide timely notice may result in the session being considered delivered, and no refunds or rescheduling will be allowed.
- If a tutor or instructor must postpone a session, an alternative date or a suitable replacement session will be provided.

6. Service Completion & Customer Responsibilities
For all services provided by IELTSWritingCorrectionService.com:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they provide the correct email address for delivery.
- If the email address provided is incorrect, we are not responsible for undelivered services.
- Digital products and writing corrections are non-refundable once delivered, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
- If a customer does not access a delivered product or service, it is still considered fulfilled.
- Any service provided by Motivation or other external providers will adhere to the same delivery timelines unless otherwise specified.
