3. Submission Guidelines & Expiry Period
To ensure a fair and efficient service for all users, we enforce the following guidelines:
- One Submission Per Day: Customers may submit one writing task per 24-hour period.
- Operating Days: Writing corrections are available Friday to Tuesday (closed Wednesdays & Thursdays).
- Final Submission Deadline: The last submission on Tuesdays must be received by 09:00 PM EU Time.
- Writing Credit Expiry: All purchased writing correction credits expire after 180 days. Refunds will not be issued for unused credits.

4. Delivery Policy
All digital products and services are delivered via email or online access. Upon successful payment:
- You will receive an order confirmation with a PDF containing submission instructions and case notes.
- If your order includes online courses or downloadable materials, access is granted immediately.
- Writing corrections are delivered within 24,48,72 hours after submission.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered in cases of:

- AI corrections are optional, and users may request manual teacher reviews.

7. Payment & Chargebacks
All payments are processed through third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). IELTSWritingCorrectionService.com does not store credit card details.
- Chargebacks & Disputes: Customers must contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
- Currency & Taxes: All prices are listed in USD. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes.
8. Live Training Sessions & Course Access
- Instant access is granted upon payment for self-paced courses.
- Live training sessions must be attended at the scheduled time.
- If a session needs to be rescheduled, 24 hours’ notice is required.
- Missed live sessions are non-refundable unless rescheduled per policy guidelines.
9. Copyrights & Intellectual Property
All content provided by IELTSWritingCorrectionService.com, including writing corrections, courses, eBooks, and training materials, remains our intellectual property.
